CSS11506 connection to 3750G

I want to establish a fiber connection between CSS11506 and 3750G

I am using SPF 850nm using orange fiber cable

But connection is not up

When i connect from one gig interface to other gig interface on css11506 using same cable and same SFP port became up

Would you please help me how can i establish fiber connection between CSS11506 and 3750G

try not to use the autonegotiation and set the speed manually.
