Getting Error on ACE throughput license upgradation

We are trying to upgrade throughput on ACE appliance 4710, getting below mentioned Error.

we got license file from Cisco first license is for 0.5 to 1g, 2nd 1g to 2g and 3rd one is for 2g to 4g.

our environment is critical, hence we are doing upgrade on Secondary appliance first. for that we are first isolating Secondary appliance by disabling uplink switchport.

Hi,

With A4.x release you might require a base or upgrade license followed by the actual bandwidth license. Or delete all the existing licenses and install new licenses received.

We have version A5(2.0) license usage you can see the first output.

could Anyone tell us how to get base license.

important thing is to take consdiration we are doing upgradation process offline(all interface on ace in disabled mode)

Hi Samir,

You need to contact licensing@cisco.com to get that license.

Are you doing the upgrade only for the bandwidth? Can you send me the txt file with the license?

Samir,

You cannot directly install that license if you do not have a base feature license before.

It is like a checklist, you require the previous one before this one to properly install it.

Contact the Licensing team with the link Cesar gave you.
