gre through the css 11503

i have a 10 network lan behind a css 11503 i need to connect to another 10 network lan that sits behind another 11503. so basically it is 10 network-css-cloud-css-10 network. does anyone know if this is possible using gre or ipsec? how would i configure the css? any sort of pass-through feature?
