High CPU on ACE 4710 using Device Manager

Hi,

I am seeing High CPU on a ACE 4710 when using the Device Manager. The software versions are below;

ACE 4710: A3(2.5)

Device Manager: 1.2

This does not happen when on the CLI and have also noticed that sometimes it takes several minutes to complete an action, no configuration has been changed. These symptons have only been seen recently.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have seen this before. Log in to cli as local admin user and do:

dm reload

This should clear it up. in show proc cpu is java process the one that is high ?

Yes, it was the Java process.  dm reload did clear up the issue.  Thanks.
