ICMP-IPv4 total length exceeds packet length

I have a problem with +500byte ICMP packet, I am pinging from end-points residing outside ACI arriving in two different  L3OUT.

The ping suceed but in the pcap caputer from the APIC I see the following

Total Length: 528
 - [Expert Info (Error/Protocol): IPv4 total length exceeds packet length (182 bytes)]

Can someone help me to undestand what is the reason for the this error and how to solve it?

The total length is the length of the whole packet. This is a 16 bit field, so it can have numbers between 0 and 65535. These numbers represent bytes directly. atlas fusd

Yes, but i still do not understand why in the pcap captured from ACI I see "IPv4 total length exceeds packet length"
