Installation of DCNM is 7.1(1) on windows64bit version

I have an following  issue installing DCNM with support of SAN devices on a Windows 2012 RC2 x64Bit 

I get the following error when starting the installer:

Yes I have,

in Windows Server 2012 R2 set the compatibility mode for the installer file to Windows 8. Then run the file again.

solved it for me.
