keepalive on SSL port

Hi giles,

For CSS - Is there any keepalive script for sending keepalives on SSL port and terminating the tcp connection gracefully.

take the current ap-kal-ssl script that you find in your css.

Edit it and add the keyword "graceful" after the 'socket disconnect' line.

You should get a line like this

"socket disconnect ${SOCKET} graceful"
