looking for assistance in correct configuration/tuning of CE 590 device

No one at our location is familiar with the Cisco Content Devices and we have a CE 590. The intended use of the device is to pass wccp requests from a 7204 router to Websense, it is also supposed to be configured for caching.

However, I don't think something is quite right with the device, lately we have been experiencing issues where only the first person to visit a site can access the site (standard http sites). The CE 590 has also been running at 100% CPU utilization. We are currently running ACNS 4.2.13.

Should I first upgrade to the 5.4.x version?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I guess there is some issue with the configuration because of which all users are not able to get access.Please refer

If this doesn't help please try upgrading the software.
