Does anyone have ever created multiple client side VLANs on CSM? We created two client side VLANs on our CSM, but the newly added VALN was not functioning as expected.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It shouldn't be any problem.
I have personally configured multiple client & Server vlans.Return traffic for incoming connections will go back where it came from.
Post the relevant config for analysis.

just be aware that you can configure multiple gateway but only one will be active.
This is not VRF like with each client vlans being separated with its own gateway.
Moreover, with multiple client vlan and 1 gateway, you sometimes get into some asymetry and the CSM does not like that which results in connection failure.
I personally recommend to have a single client vlan between CSM and MSFC.
Then let the MSFC route the traffic to the appropriate client vlan.
