Hello Team
I have a NME-WAE-502-K9 working fine, but unfortunately we have forgotten the password to access it.
Couldl you please let me know the procedure for password recovery on this network module?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Javier,
Following link mentions the recovery procedure
You can use the below steps to console to the nme-wae and then follow the steps mentioned in the above doc.
Factory reset the NME service module:
Rtr1-client#service-module integrated-Service-Engine 1/0 reset
Use reset only to recover from shutdown or failed state
Warning: May lose data on the hard disc!
Do you want to reset?[confirm]
Trying to reset Service Module Integrated-Service-Engine1/0.
Console into the NME service module:
Rtr1-client#service-module integrated-Service-Engine 1/0 session clear
[confirm]
[OK]
Rtr1-client#service-module integrated-Service-Engine 1/0 session
Trying 10.70.100.1, 2066 ... Open

Hello,
I have open two session to my router via telnet and from one session I executed the reload / reset command to reboot the WAE integrated module. From the second telnet I am trying to session into the module. However, for some reason I don't see boot sequence all I am getting is to enter the password.
do I need to do something to view the boot sequence?
Thank you in advance
cheers

I just resolved an issue where the boot sequence would not show up and we were trying to make a password recovery as the above stated, if you don't see the boot sequence, I used the following procedure and worked for me:
service-module integrated-Service-Engine 1/0 shutdown
Physically re-seat the module inside the chassis
This made the sequence show up, enabling password recovery to be possible.
