Hello
The CM is reporting this alarm for 2 674s in the same remote location. We confirmed with the local admin that the power supplies are connected and green light is on.
If you do a "show hardware", the following outputs show the power supplies are connected and powered on.
Primary Power Supply Unit (Installed; Powered)
Redundant Power Supply Unit (Installed; Powered)
How can I can clear the bottom alarm from showing up on the CM?

Hi John,
Which version are you running on those devices?
If you are running a version preceding 4.4.5, you are most then likely running into this bug:
CSCtq33146 PSU "No Power" Alarm Raised After AC Power Cycle
More info:
http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtq33146
If so, I would try the second workaround that you have in the case notes.
Regards,
Nicolas
