Problem with importing ACE into ANM 5.2.1

Hi,

I am using Cisco Application Network Manager 5.2.1. I imported successfully a gss and a 6500 switch/router.

I can see the ACE module within the 6500 but the import button is disabled. I have no idee why or what to do to enable it ?!

A snapshot is attached with this post.

Any suggestion ?

Hi Plinio and Haux,

I am not able to add the 6500 chassis into ANM 5.2.1, i am getting wrong enable password error, although the enable password is right. I have tried manually entering the credentials on the 6500 and it works fine.

Error:

device discovery failed, device authentication error with wrong enable password

Any ideas why is this happening ?
