Is there a way to make the CSS remove expiracy headers on static contents when the CSS adds an Arrowpoint load balancing cookie?
(In order to make that content non cacheable by a reverse proxy in front of the CSS for that request)

The CSS will not modify any HTTP headers (with the exception of addin a cookie when configured to do so). I am not aware of any effort to implement any feature to modify other headers, or delete them.
I do know the the Content Switching Module (CSM) has a new feature where it will add header fields. It this case, it can add a pragma no-cache header.
I will check to see if this is a feature in the CSSs future. It may take a day or so to get this answer...
Hope this helps...
