It depends on what antenna you connect up to it. Also different antennas have different radiation patterns.
In your case, if you are putting it on a wall you probably want to use a sector antenna so that all the energy is focused "forward". You should take a look at MA-ANT-25. The spec sheet for this antenna is:

Note that the 2.4Ghz band generally has better range, but worse throughput than 5Ghz.
For serving up clients I would expect you would get very good coverage for 30m (about 100 feet). Then you will get some coverage but now as good out to about 50m (about 160ft). After that it will start getting patchy, and depend on a lot of things like how good the WiFi is in the client accessing the service. If the client has a poor quality WiFi card in their device then they will have trouble.
