SNMPWALK in ace

need help in troubleshooting why my ace is not responding to snmp queries. switch is repossing fine to snmp queries, but my ace module is not responding to the same. I see snmp hits are increasing fine.

but not responding to any snmp queries from a server which is on the same vlan. please assist.

it is simple configuration in the ACE, with snmp

snmp-server community cisco group Network-Monitor

have class-map for permitting the server ip  in ace.

increased  snmp timeout on the machine that you use for the query (if ace is busy). no luck. switch is responding fine to the queries and no blocking from network. any suggestions??.

Can you provide your configuration? Maybe you did not put the policy-map on the right interface or you did not allowed SNMP inside class-map?

This already done.

Currently TAC is also investigating this issue. No resolution yet. I have the below IOS running . UPgrade is an option ?.

  system:    Version A2(2.3) [build 3.0(0)A2(2.3)]

upgraded to Version A2(3.2a).
