SorryServer

Hi, everyone

We have two CSS11503 in our network.

I' ve configured a PrimarySorryServer on the rule.

When the associated service is down or suspended the SorrySite is comming up. But, when the local service becomes available again, the CSS don't redirects the persistent connenctions from SorrySite to local service.

Q: Is the "sticky-inactive-timeout" on the rule also used for the PrimarySorryServer?

Thanks René

As you describe the problem I believe the following two commands will help:

1) global command 'persistence reset remap'

2) content rule command 'no persistent'

These commands allow the remapping of a persistent connection.

Additionally, be aware of the following DDTS' regarding sticky and PrimarySorryServer, CSCdv58223 and CSCdx25053
