summarising routes into non -back bone area

how can the routes be summarised at abr into non back bone area? any body knows

At any point in the ABR route summarizing is done using the following command,

Hostname(config-router)# area area-id range address mask [advertise | not-advertise]

this will only summarize the routes from specified area id into backbone.

is there any way to do the reverse?
