TFTP Problem with download in remote site

I have one problem with I try to download Phone TFTP this TFTP are in a remote site (Country), i attached  the image to problem,

Hi Jorge

Maybe you have closed you Teto ports on you security equipment. Do you added any image, I can't see anything
