Using crypto import command

Hi,

I have the certificate on my PC and I have ftp access from Cisco ACE. To import the certificate I get below error

/xxx.cer: The system cannot find the file specified.

Error: Couldn't import file from remote server.

If the certificate is in my C:\Certificates folder please let me know the syntax of the 'remotefilename' to be used in

crypto import ftp ip username remotefilename localfilename

If your file is at your FTP server's root then just put the filename in the command.

The file is located in C:\ root directory, yet the command fails to find the file after successful login.

Any hints.

Is your Ftp Server configured to use c:\root as ftp root?
