WAAS 4.5.1 "New Product Hold"

WAAS 4.5.1 went NPD on 17th July 2012 ("New Product Hold").

• Sometimes Cisco Hardware is NPD until a "Release Date".
  
• Sometimes Cisco Hardware is NPD because Cisco needs to approve a customer HLD initially.
  

Do either of these apply to WAAS 4.5.1 (which is of course software only)? i.e. will it ever come off NPH? Is there a Release Date?

Note: I kinda get it that Cisco is trying to warn us to skip 4.5.1 and go straight to 5.0.1, but this just raises more questions then it answers for my customers. The communications could be clearer.

I saw it in  the 4.5.1 Release Notes - updated 17 July 2012.

I am fairly sure it was not in there previous to 17th July 2012 - though I cannot be 100% sure.
