Waas Central Manager

Dear all,

I am going to deploy 1 X Wave-694 and 2 X Wave-594 into a network. In order to set up a Cisco Waas Central Manager I have some doubts:

• Do I need to deploy an extra appliance just for the Waas Centrral Manager?
  

If so, what model is necessary?

• If no, could be used just 1X wave-694 equipment to manage the three equipments?

Yes you need a physical WAAS device as a Central Manager. It is either CM or Accelerate but not both.

There are sizing guides, but to control just three devices a small unit will do.
