WAAS CM GUI 403 error

I am testing a WAAS solution prior to deployment in our lab, and need some assistance with the error below:     

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /8443 on this server.

Apache/1.3.41 Server at COHO-WM-01 Port 443

My central manager is a WAVE-274 running 4.4.5c. It is accessivly via CLI but when accessed via GUI I get the 403 error above.

As it is a lab environment none the domain, NTP and DNS servers are unreachable. Not sure if this is a cause?

Also, the release notes for 4.4.5c specify that the CM must be on a higher version than the other WAAS appliances (WAVE 694, SRE 710's). Could this be the issue?

Just to confirm, you did enable "cms enable" under configuration mode?

Yes "cms enable" is configured.

What did you type in the browser to access the CM GUI? was it https://:8443? 
or you tried using just ip address, like https://:8443

from the central manager can you send the output of  #show cms info
also the show running config please..
