WAE-612 - denies access after "disk delete-data-partitions" and "reload"

Hi ,

WAE - 612 which is acting as Standby CM denies access after doing "disk delete-data-partitions"  and reload . Iam able to access  other WAE devices with same credentials.

I entered YES at the prompt for deleting the data from GUEST, PRINTSPOOL and CONTENT.

The device also has other issues like core_dump and memeory_size_mismatch . Iam unable to fix this errors as the device is not accepting my credentials.

The device is pingable even after entering the Reload command.

Please advice.

Hi,

What type of authentication are you using for this device? Radius or local?

If it is Radius, can you check the Radius server logs to see if the device is even trying to authenticate?

Could you try with a local user to see if it grants access (If you have local fallback configured)?

If it is local authentication, can you try with the default credentials ? (admin/default)

If all of this doesn't work, you'll need to go through the password recovery procedure:
