WAE-7341 -- Device went offline after clearing cache & reload

Hi,

I am having a issue with WAE-7341, it went offline after clearing the cache on it and reloading it. The WAE is running WAAS OS 4.3.5 . Before the device went offline, I did the below steps.

1. cleared the CIFS cache

2. cleared the DRE cache

3. cleared the http-metadata all cache

4.reload

fter clearing the cache and reloading the device, it went offline. Please let me know if manually power-cycle the device will bring the device online or do I need to recover the WAAS OS on the device using recovery CD.

We need to bring this device online by Monday EOD.

Please consider this request as Urgent.
