I have an issue with a wae-512 device were it suddenly becomes unreachable and i'd have to shut/no shut the port connected to it to become reachable again. i have taken the show arp from both it's gateway and the wae device itself. the arp entry for the wae is missing from the router and the "show arp on the wae is below
wae#sh arp
Protocol Address Flags Hardware Addr Type Interface
Internet x.x.x.x INV xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx ARPA GigabitEthernet1/0
does anyone know what could this issue be caused by? what is the flag "INV" in show arp mean?

Hello Ali,
Can you tell me what happen when you reboot WAE-512, did it resolve this issue? if not do using second Gig interface works for you? Above output shows an issue with NIC driver but we need more info to investigate this issue. Thank you.

Yes issue is also resolved if the box is reloaded. I haven't tried the second NIC. If it's a problem with the NIC driver how can this be resolved? Image recovery?
This problem is starting to spread to 3 more WAEs as well.
