WAP Bandwidth monitoring in DNAC

Is there a way for me to be able to monitor the bandwidth usage on our APs using DNA Center

No, I don't think there is a way. 
If you think this feature is important, talk to your Cisco AM/SE and ask them to raise a PER (product enhancement request). 

NOTE:  Currently, a lot of DNAC features are "in the roadmap".  This also means that if the DNAC BU accepts the PER it will be years away before the feature gets introduce.
