WAVE 594 running version 4.4.5 - "Disk based software not installed" Error

Hi,

We have a bunch of WAVE 594 devices with below error message when you telnet. Is there a way of recovering the device without doing a re-image?

Error Message;

Disk based software not installed.
Some applications may not run correctly!

Hi Edward,

 

Looking at the output attached, the hard drive of your 594 is simply dead.

You'll first need to replace it and then you'll have to install the hard drive part of the software again (Through the "copy <X> install" or using the recovery CD).
