I am trying to find a list of what each service is for each number.
For example :
ip wccp 0
ip wccp 2
ip wccp 3
What services do 0,2, and 3 relate to ?
I cannot find a list anywhere on CCO :(

I could not find it myself. Even internally.
Why do you need this for ?
Normally, the cache engine is the device that tells the Cisco router what ports/services to use.
The default, is port 80 for HTTP.
Cisco Cache Engine lets you configure the ports with a port-list command.
