This topic is a chance to discuss more about the certificates in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and the best troubleshooting practices used to solve common certificate issues. The session includes an introduction to each of the different certificates in CUCM, as well as the process that is used to regenerate them.

 alejgonz.jpgAlejandra Gonzalez is a customer support engineer with the Collaboration team at the RTP center in North Carolina, USA and specializes in CUCM technologies. She started her career at Cisco one decade ago in Mexico’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) supporting collaboration technologies. Later on, she integrated to the CUCM RTP team where she has provided support for six years. Alejandra graduated from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM). She holds a master’s degree in Internet Technologies from the University of Wollongong in Australia. She holds a CCNP and a CCIE certification in collaboration (#33315).
