This topic is a chance to discuss more about the best practices to migrate phones from old CUCM versions into new ones. In addition, the session covers the best practices to regenerate critical certificates that keep phones from registering back to the cluster. Expert will cover best troubleshooting tips as well.

He started his career in Cisco as a lab support for the sales team, later on he moved to cisco’s TAC where he has supported different Voice products such as CUCM, Unity, UCCX and GW among others. Currently, Luis is a Tech Lead in the Solutions Support Team. Luis holds a CCIE in Collaboration #16540.

Before working for the Call Manager Team, he collaborated on the Backbone switching team for 7 years. Levi holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Degree in Accounting. He holds a CCNA and CCNP voice certifications.
