Cannot find IP address of SPA112

Im trying to access to configuration webpage but cant get the device to optain an ip address.

Device is connected directly to the router which hands out ip addresses.

Device power is flashing which i believe means its trying to get an ip address?

How can I make it get an IP Address

Your wireshark dump shows no DHCP request. It may mean SPA112 in question is configured not to use DHCP.

Use IVR to reconfigure it according your requirements. IVR is described in Administrator Guide.
