This forum is full of old problems. I have no idea which one you are speaking of. To save your time - "my have no dial tone, restart is needed" is not problem we can solve until a reason behind causing the issue is identified. Your issue may but may not be the same as the one mentioned in the old thread in question.
Turn on syslog&debug messages and capture them. Capture SIP packets as well.
