SPA112 / OpenVPN / Freepbx

Hi,

I can't put to work a SPA112 in a remote office, connected via OpenVPN to my main office FreePBX. From remote office I can call out, but the other person don't hear me (I hear without problem), and I don't hear the normal ring before the call is established.

Configuration:

Main Office

Pfsense router

Server running Freepbx

OpenVPN

Device: Tun

Tunnel: 10.0.7.1 (main) e 10.0.7.2 (remote)

Remote Office

OpenWRT (GL AR150) running Siproxd

SPA112 with Outbound Proxy activated

Note: I have tried a configuration without Siproxd, with NAT e Port Forward from OpenWRT to SPA112 with the same result.

Any help please?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you.

It's possible to move the topic or I must create a new one?

I believe you should have an option on the right, if not, simply open a new one.

If's matter of SPA112/NAT/firewall/routing configuration. Also it may be codec configuration incompatibility. E.g. so many possible causes.

Turn on syslog&debug on SPA112 and catch them. Catch SIP packets on INSIDE interface (e.g. before it has been NATed) as well as on OUTSIDE interface (e.g. after it has been NATed).

It should help you to analyze the issue. We can help you with the analysis if you will disclose the catched data.

Make sure the NAT/firewall is passing outgoing remote stream and source IP/port as well as target IP/port follow the values claimed in SIP session setup packet.
