Could you guys please share these advantages?
As (main) advantages we already have:
-1- Usability & Ergonomics: The customization of the webphone, including only the features needed, will improve its usability.
-2- Installation: The WebPlugin is easier to install (Unfortunately for both options additional software installation is needed).
-3- Integration with main Enterprise web application (CRM, ERM or Proprietary) enhances usability of both.
