Hi,
I read all documentation which you have and I don't understand, how to assign UUI from Remote Expert Mobile SDK to Finesse agent call variables.Could someone help me please?

Hi, Angel. if you're using UCCE with CVP, you open OAMP and in your call server config, under the SIP section, you add a header to the SIP Header Passing config. The exact text (case sensitive) you want to add is "User-to-User". This will pass the value to the SIPHeader variable in ICM that you can access from your scripts.
