Call info update problem with Jabber SDK

Hi all,

we are experiencing a strange issue with Jabber SDK.

I'll try to explain what's the issue.

We are developing a web application that use Jabber SDK to access to call info in Jabber. The problem is that in 60% of times, caller number is not updated through the SDK when the call is picked up (in Jabber, the info is correctly updated).

We are using the last SDK version.

Callmanager version is 9.1.2.

Could anybody help me?

We'd need a lot more details to determine the problem.  Which version of the SDK are you using?  What does your code look like (the bindings and the code that captures the events)?   I'm sure I'd have more questions.
