CGI Screenshot size

Hi,

When I want to get the CGI/Screenshot of devices such as the 8861, it returns an heavy image (a BMP of 1 Mo). Is it possible to minimize the image size ? For example, by changing the image format (to jpeg, png...) or by using an http encoding (gzip, deflate).

Unfortunately, there are currently no options to affect this behaviour

It's a feature that's been requested a few times before, so not unique.  If you want to provide some details on the business opportunity represented by being able to have such a feature, we'd be happy to bring them to the attention of the phone product managers: developer-support@cisco.com.
