We have a requirement to change TFTP details of DX series from the script (programmatically). The script will run in a server that will communicate to the DX phone. How to do this?
The TFTP configuration is not exposed through a supported API. Typically IP phone devices are configured to obtain their TFTP server address via DHCP Option 150. In this way the TFTP server for large numbers of phones can be updated simply by updating the DHCP pool for the devices:
