Hello,
I'm currently implementing an android app that will run in my Cisco DX80 unit. The app is able to perform a call to another person (agent) by a simple touch on the screen. The app must also be able to change to a different screen image when the call is put ON-HOLD/RESUME (issued from the other side of the line). The problem is that in my app, in the CiscoTelephonyManagerCallListener, the onCallEvent only fires for the states CONNECTED, ONHOOK, OFHOOK, etc, but nothing for HOLD/RESUME.
Is there a way i can get the HOLD event for this case in specific?
The CISCO PHONE app that comes with the equipment seems to respond to the HOLD/RESUME call event for my case in specific (issued from the other side of the line), but i don't know how the app does that. I don't have access to the source code.
Can you please help me?
Thanks a lot in advance!
