We have noticed that many times when sending IPPS type messages either execute, directory, or text, that they will fail, and then also kill the Cisco TSP driver. This issue was never seen before in 6.x - 9.x. Has anyone noticed anything similar. We have seen it on both 7800 and 8900 series phones at multiple customers.

Hi Doug,
For CUCM 10.x With the exception of the integrated Extension Mobility and Unified CM Assistant applications' Phone Services, IP Phone services must reside on a separate off-cluster non-Unified CM web server. Running phone
services other than Extension Mobility and Unified CM Assistant on the Unified CM server node is not supported.
Probably this could be the issue.

Yeah it's being served by a Windows server not the CUCM. Seems to be an issue with the 7821 phones and the RTP APIs in IPPS. After a couple of attempts the web services crashes on the phone all together. This is running the ES firmware to make the buttons not stop working, so these phones are apparently broken out of the box without it.
