How does extension mobility of Cisco MPP IP phone works?

Dear Community Members

I made a packet capture of Cisco MPP IP phone, simulate extension mobility login on Cisco MPP IP phone.

The phone sent out profile request after submitting username and password.

Login credentials are not within the http request.

How does the provsioning server get the login credentials?

I tried to search the feature details, but failed.
