How to turn off password authentication after press directory button on MPP phone?

For example, on Cisco 8845 MPP IP Phone, when directory button is pressed, password input is prompted.

Is there any way to turn off the password login?

I see....ok, in the Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series Multiplatform Phone Administration Guide for Release 11.3(1) and Later (Updated:June 15, 2021), there is the section Enable 802.1X Authentication. You could try doing the opposite of what is stated there. Although, I'm not entirely confident this password is the same password as the user password. That's all I can find at this time.
