How to make jabbers call using username in Sandbox

I have a jabber client 11.8 and reserved Collaboration lab 11.5 in sandbox.  Used preconfigured userIDs (User01, User02,.....). for Jabber login. For making calls, directory number (1001, 1002, ..) is used. Is it possible to make calls with user name in sandbox.

I am not sure what has happened but this query slipped through the cracks. Its seems to be in the Jabber community when it really should be in the sandbox community. I am just seeing this now by chance.
