Hi Joe,

  Iam not sure about the date. But after referring to BRKCDN-1021 - Jabber Guest SDK for iOS and Android (2014 Milan)

(You need to register to login if you don't have an account) it seems Initial mobile implementation in Chrome 26 for Android Beta. (browser implementation for WebRTC)
