Jabber SDK for Web - hung on Windows 10

Hi,

I'm having a problem running the sample.html from the Jabber SDK for Web, on Windows 10 & IE11. When the page first loads, a blank command window appears in front of it, titled CiscoWebCommunicatorAddOn.exe and remains on-screen. You can send it to the background by clicking on the browser window, but the web page is not functional.

BTW I have successfully used the SDK sample.html on Chrome on this machine.

Also this machine did have the full Jabber client installed on it, but I removed it & rebooted, in case that was the issue. It didn't solve the problem though.

Software versions:
- Windows 10 Home v1803 Build 17134.765
- Internet Explorer 11.765.17143.0 (update 11.0.125)
- Jabber SDK browser add-on 11.8 MR2

It turns out this was happening because 'protected mode' was enabled on IE11. Its not compatible with the Jabber SDK. To disable it in IE11, go to Internet Options -> Security -> Enable Protected Mode (clear this box). Then restart the browser.
