REM's CSDK agent cannot call CSDK agent or jabber

i Team,why REM's CSDK agent cannot call CSDK agent or jabber, can you share configuration document?

topological:

CSDK agent  <---->REM(192.168.5.3) <---->CUCM(192.168.3.3) <---->expressway(192.168.3.7) <----->jabber agent

web CSDK agent 1001 call jabber 2033

issue:

jabber 2033 cannot call web CSDK agent 1001

web CSDK agent 1001 cannot call CSDK agent 1002

yes, I have installed the CSDK sample app on my REM box. I can used the CSDK sample app call jabber 2033.

but jabber 2033 and CSDK sample app 1001 cannot call CSDK sample app 1002

I find porblem，see the image。number 10XX is REM user，18105 is CMS space，number 20XX is jabber。

use domain，1003@reas.xxx.cn can call 1004   2033(jabber) can call 1003   see image 5

but 1003@reas.xxx.cn cannot call 2033, REM add 2033@reas.xxx.cn, it not have see image 2 and 5
