Hi Experts
I need to integrate the REM with UCCX, below is the call flow.
Calls started with Kios, ( via web link). If the Agents are not available in REM, call should go to UCCX.
May I know how we can do this ?
Any configuration guides ?

Finally I have successfully completed the REM with UCCX integration.
Documents were not 100% clear. I also faced some issues with wrong information on doc such as testing URL and etc...
Finally its done and tested ...
