Hi Selvabharathi,
Have you run a automated tool from the new sandbox yet?
It should provide you one account to login to, I will create you another one and send to your email account.
Thanks,
Howard

Selva,
The VPN information should be the one that you've received from sandbox when you provisioned the Jabber web SDK account.
Regarding to the configuration, here are the correct one.
var demo_config = {
domain: "psdtemea.cisco.com",
unsecureAllowed: true,
httpBindingURL: "http://10.10.20.20:7335/httpbinding"
}
Please let me know if are still facing the problem

Thanks for your reply Howard,
Still am struggling there
1. Replace the configuration in the sample but given me the error “Could not connect: <stream:error xmlns:stream="http://etherx.jabber.org/streams"><xml-not-well-formed xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-streams"/></stream:error>” in Chrome
2. Am not getting what you are referring here “VPN information should be the one that you've received from sandbox when you provisioned the Jabber web SDK account.”
· I have created an account in Cisco site is the one you are talking about, if so I have not got any VPN information. Also what I need to do with my VPN why I try to run my sample application
3. Along with new user account shared to access Sandbox I got “Assigned DN “ what is this for.
Am curious to have your help to get my first setup running so I could go further.
Looking for your guidance
Thank You

Hello,
I also am facing issues trying to run the demo chat. I got the credentials of the VPN by email and got a list of users as well (in the instructions of the reserved session). I connected to the VPN using Cisco AnyConnect software but I still cannot login the users in the demo chat.
I am getting the following error:
Could not connect: <stream:error xmlns:stream="http://etherx.jabber.org/streams"><service-unavailable xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-streams"/></stream:error>
Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you very much.
Kind regards,

Hello,
I am also facing similar problem. I opened the url Cisco Sandbox to request access to sandbox and created a userid. However I have not received any mail with userid.
When I ran the chat app - jabberUIDemo.html, It displays 'could not reach the server'. Could provide more info how to do this.
Regards,
Ramesh
