Support date and version compatibility with CUCM of WebSDK

Hi,

1. I wanted to know which versions of WebSDK is compatible with which version of CUCM?

    Like Voice and Video SDK files mention things like below:

     i.  @version 11.0.0.675, Unified Communications System Release 11.0

     ii. @version 3.0.7.186455, Unified Communications System Release 9.2 MR7

     So version 11.0.x will work with CUCM before 11.0 or not? Or 3.0.x will work with CUCM higher than 9.2 say CUCM 10 or 11.

2. Is there any support provided for WebSDKs or they have life cycle similar to CUCM for which they are released?

    What is end of support date for Voice and Video SDK 3.0.7?

Backward and forward compatibility should be good across all Jabber SDK versions and non-EoL CUCM versions.  There could be situations where specific features depend on the CUCM version, one example might be single-sign-on, which is present in Jabber SDK v11.0 but not implemented in a very old CUCM version.

Not aware of a formal end-of-support date for particulate Jabber SDK versions.  As far as I know, both enhancements and bug fixes are cumulative in Jabber SDK releases, so only the latest version would receive fixes in case of a newly found defect.
