When sending a message to the 8945 phone with CUCM 10.x firmware on it, the message shows up after approximately 2 minutes. The phone log shows some sort of internal phone error.

Can you please escalate and fix this asap. The quality of the firmware and function on the newer Cisco phones is well below the standard the 79xx set, and not acceptable in the business world.
